To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Production Planner (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the efficient planning and control of our production processes and play a key role in ensuring our delivery performance.
- Produktionsplanung und -steuerung unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und Kundenbedarfen
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs sowie Steuerung von Produktionsaufträgen
- Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung (Maschinen, Personal, Werkzeuge)
- Materialbedarfsplanung und Bestandsoptimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Logistik
- Betreuung und Pflege von SAP-/MRP-Prozessen und Stammdaten
- Überwachung und Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen (Liefertermintreue, Bestände, OEE)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Qualitätsmanagement
- Steuerung von Änderungen aufgrund technischer Anpassungen oder Nachfrageschwankungen
- Analyse von Produktions- und Lieferproblemen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Planungsprozessen und Förderung der Digitalisierung

- Ensuring smooth production operations and managing production orders
- Capacity and resource planning (machines, personnel, and tooling)
- Material requirements planning and inventory optimization in collaboration with Purchasing and Logistics
- Managing and maintaining SAP/MRP processes and master data
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (on-time delivery, inventory levels, and OEE)
- Close coordination with Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Quality departments
- Managing changes resulting from engineering modifications or demand fluctuations
- Analyzing production and supply issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions
- Continuous improvement of planning processes and advancement of digitalization initiatives
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Disposition oder Supply Chain
- Sehr gute SAP-/ERP-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen im Lean Management, Produktionskennzahlen und in der Steuerung von Änderungsprozessen sowie Projektarbeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Planning, Scheduling, or Supply Chain Management
- Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and proficient use of MS Office applications
- Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
- Assertive personality with strong decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Management, production performance metrics (KPIs), change management, and project management
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
